The first thing we do is sit down and have a consultation with you and yes a FREE Coffee to relax.
At this meeting we go through a
questionnaire , check your heart rate and blood pressure , see what type
of functional movement you currently have , and work out an individual
budget to meet your needs.
We work together to understand what you want
and to get to know each other , find out what you want, where you are
looking to change and why you want to set these goals.
Once we have got to know each other better we can then arrange a personal training programme just right for you.
These programmes can include depending on your personal requirements
cardio circus, strength Training, Kettlebell Training, Core Training, Group sessions, Boxing Strong By Zumba Classes, Functional Training, Nutritional Guidance, Bracing and support of muscles.
